What you need:

500 g Pork, cubed
1 tbsp corn flour blended with 2 tbsp water
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
150 ml white wine
2 tbsp english mustard powder
1 tbsp parika
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Salt and pepper

What you do:

Pre-heat oven to 180 C / 350 F / gas mark 4

Place all ingredients, except the peppers into an oven proof dish and stir well.

Bring to the boil, cover and cook in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove and stir in the peppers and cook for a further 1/2 hour.
Serve with rice or pasta.
